I realized today after getting home I never posted a "welcome to my corner of the internet" announcement. So here it is:
My name is Lauren.
I love coffee with a little bit of cream. No sugar please.
I love taking pictures. I think they capture the beauty of God's creation.
I specifically like taking pictures of people to show their personality and gifts.
CUPCAKES. I love cupcakes. (in fact I have some cooling on the stove right now)
I wish I could say I love running, however, it is only something I am somewhat good at.
Yoga. I wish I could say I was good at yoga, however, it is only something I love.
I love the noise a camera makes when I click it.
I love laughing with my family.
I love fluffy blankets and fireplaces.
I love looking at and finding blogs.
PINTEREST. Enough said.
Most importantly:
I love the Lord, my Father. I love the new mercies He gives me everyday. I love that he sees potential in me. I love HIS LOVE. The love that moves its way through my life. That scoops me up and warms my heart like hot pancakes with syrup. The kind of love that loves me even when I wander off. The kind of love that forgives. Forgives a lot. The kind of love that thought I was worth sacrificing his one and only son. The kind of love that is LIVING.
This blog is something I have wanted to start for a while and never took the time to. I hope you find hope and laughter in the many posts that come. I hope you see, feel, and realize the LOVE of my Father that is LIVING in each and every one of your lives.
